A well-established and growing New Mexico property management company is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its Santa Fe office. This busy, hands-on role supports property managers and company leadership while keeping day-to-day operations organized, responsive, and on track.

Full-time, direct-hire position
No two days will look exactly alike. Youll be an important point person in the office, balancing administrative work, communication, and support for the property management team. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining budgets, reports, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
Processing tenant applications promptly and accurately
Preparing leases, renewals, and other property-related documents
Answering phones and assisting clients, tenants, vendors, and visitors
Scheduling property showings and occasionally assisting with on-site visits
Taking property photos and helping coordinate marketing activities
Tracking work orders and following up with tenants, owners, and vendors
Maintaining organized digital and physical records
Supporting staff meetings and internal communication
Spotting inefficiencies and helping improve office processes and systems
Were looking for someone who is organized without needing everything to be predictable. You should be comfortable juggling priorities, communicating with different personalities, and owning your work.
Ideally, youll bring:
Previous administrative experience in a similar environment
Property management, real estate, or a similarly fast-paced office background strongly preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
The ability to prioritize competing requests and deadlines
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Confidence working independently while remaining highly collaborative
