Provides moderate administrative and clerical support to management, including managing schedules, travel, meetings, and conference calls. May coordinate interdepartmental activities and support department operations.
Supports customer experience initiatives, handles confidential information, prepares reports, and maintains accurate records. Coordinates travel arrangements, meetings, and events, and operates office equipment.
Performs research, data analysis, and acts as liaison when needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required skills include excellent organization, confidentiality, proficiency in typing and office software, and knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of administrative experience. Must work in an office environment, lift up to 25 lbs, and work seated for extended periods.
