Description

  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of events and meetings.

Profile

A successful Administrative Assistant/Receptionist should have:
