Responsibilities
A Bit About the Role
- Must be motivated and reliable, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Posess strong understanding of the importance of creating and maintaining positive relationships within your department and the company overall
- Must also be able to work independently with strong multitasking, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Provide administrative support including a wide variety of duties comprising of:
- Answering phones, data entry, scanning, managing correspondence, management of daily calendar, scheduling on/off site meetings
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or similiar experience
- 3 years experience in drafting legal documents, preferred
- Strong job tenure, with a history of sustained employment with prior employers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Great attention to detail in typing and proofing written materials
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
- Strong phone voice and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- In-Office Monday-Friday (not remote)
- No third parties
