Position Type: Full-time

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and outgoing Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day office and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative while managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system

• Prepare outgoing courier and overnight packages

• Coordinate mailings and other outgoing correspondence

• Maintain organized files and complete general filing

• Monitor office inventory and place supply orders

• Prepare correspondence and other administrative documents

• Provide general administrative and office support

• Work independently while managing daily priorities

• Review work carefully for grammar, accuracy, and completeness

• Assist with additional administrative needs as assigned

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Resourceful with a willingness to learn

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Word skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organized, punctual, detail-oriented, professional, and proactive. Strong Excel skills and the ability to independently identify what needs to be done will be especially valuable in this position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
