About the Role** We are seeking a Sales Administrative Associate to join our team in Wyomissing, PA, with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. This role is integral to supporting the Sales Administration team in managing the accurate and timely processing of fleet orders. The position requires a strong administrative background and proficiency in Outlook and Excel. **Responsibilities** - Support sales and pricing operations by providing strategic information on competitor pricing, customer behaviors, and international fleet order history. - Create and maintain truck specifications that are buildable and free of special price quotes, or with updated special quotes. - Manage the order board and oversee all order-to-delivery processes, ensuring orders are coded and advanced through engineering steps. - Develop and maintain a catalog of comprehensive truck chassis and bodies for ready-to-deliver proposals. - Assist in quoting truck fleet pricing. - Provide support for International Truck fleet sales. - Act as a service link between sales activities, engineering, and product development. **Education Qualification** - A background in business administration or a related field is preferred. **Required Skills** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business administration. - Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. - Demonstrated customer service experience. - Highly computer literate with the ability to learn internal systems. - Strong organizational and communication skills.
