Administrative Assistant to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr
Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, staff, and community members while also providing administrative support. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant- Serve as the primary front desk contact, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership and department managers.
- Coordinate employee travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and maintain organizational records.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and purchase requests.
- Support organizational technology needs, including phones, computers, and office equipment.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including workstation and technology setup.
- Provide backup support for reception and general office operations as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:- 3 - 5 years of administrative or office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Canva and AI experience are a plus.
Education Requirements:- Associate's degree is preferred, along with 3 - 5 years of office-related experience.
