Cardiology Associates is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our physicians and administrative leadership team in Mobile, Alabama. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of our cardiology practice, providing hands-on administrative support across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare environment. This role requires reliable transportation, as it includes daily local errands and travel between our Mobile offices, with occasional trips to our Fairhope and Foley locations as needed. This is a full-time, day shift position with no weekends and paid major observed holidays.

Responsibilities
Support physicians and administrative staff with day-to-day operations of the practice Assist with a variety of administrative projects, including Marketing, Human Resources, and document management
Coordinate lunch orders and meeting requests
Report maintenance issues as needed
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Run errands for physicians and administration between Mobile office locations
Maintain organized records and documentation
Provide administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Previous administrative experience required; experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation to pick up lunches, run errands, and travel between Mobile office locations as needed
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
