Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides day to day support for our team members and implements onsite functions. The Administrative Assistant also provides front desk and customer support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for the facility's team members.
• Provides onsite onboarding support for new hires.
• Partners with local vendors to ensure the facility is receiving appropriate support (lunches, community engagement, etc.).
• Provides front desk support, answers incoming phone calls, and assists visitors.
• Helps facilitate company sponsored events.
• Oversees and orders coffee, kitchen, and office supplies.
• Helps coordinate customer visits.
• Coordinates other projects, as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

• Associate's degree or minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to work independently
• Excellent in Microsoft Office programs, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Superior attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, work in a high pace environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
