    Contract Details
    Position Type: Contract
    Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
    Start: As Soon As Possible
    Pay Rate: $25 – $26 per hour
    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    Position Summary
    The Administrative Assistant provides front desk and administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations through strong customer service, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
    The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with EPIC systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as front desk support, greeting and assisting visitors and staff
    • Provide high-quality customer service in person and via phone
    • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and scheduling
    • Handle incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
    • Support daily office operations and administrative workflows
    • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when working with sensitive information
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support

    Required Skills & Qualifications
    Required Skills
    • EPIC system experience (required)
    • Front desk and administrative support experience
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • General administrative and clerical skills
    • Ability to work full-time onsite, Monday–Friday
    Preferred Skills
    • Previous call center experience
    • Healthcare or clinical office administrative experience
    Additional Requirements
    • Candidates must be separated for at least 6 months from any prior employment with the client (including permanent, per diem, or contract roles) to be considered
