Position Summary
RPC's Client in Irving, TX is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Director of Engineering & Technical Operations. This role will serve as a key point of coordination for day-to-day administrative functions, communication management, scheduling, reporting, project tracking, and organizational support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and scheduling.
- Assist with expense reports and maintain department documentation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up items.
- Monitor and triage communications, draft and distribute correspondence.
- Compile reports and assist with project tracking and coordination.
- Perform data entry and support departmental processes.
- Provide supplemental customer service support and manage service requests.
- Participate in special projects and identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- 1-2 years of administrative or related experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office required; CRM or project management tools beneficial.
