    Position Overview

    The Administrative Assistant III provides expert-level administrative support and operational leadership to ensure seamless team performance and enhanced organizational efficiency. This senior-level role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to independently manage complex responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

    The ideal candidate is highly experienced, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting senior leadership with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive & Administrative Support

    • Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments
    • Prioritize competing demands and optimize time management for leadership
    • Coordinate high-level meetings, conferences, and corporate events

    Meeting & Event Management

    • Lead logistics planning including agendas, materials, and scheduling
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
    • Track action items and manage post-meeting follow-ups

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, and presentations
    • Draft professional correspondence and communications
    • Conduct research and compile data-driven reports to support decision-making

    Financial & Budget Oversight

    • Manage budget tracking and expense reporting
    • Monitor financial documentation for accuracy and compliance
    • Support procurement and invoice processing activities

    Stakeholder Communication

    • Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Facilitate communication between departments and leadership
    • Maintain professionalism in all interactions

    Confidentiality & Compliance

    • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures

    Required Qualifications

    • 11+ years of progressive administrative experience
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
    • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams
