Reports to: Director of Athletics, Associate Principal or Administrator at District Level
Position Summary: The Athletics/Activities Administrative Assistant II performs complex and confidential clerical, organizational, and secretarial duties. The Athletics/Activities Administrative Assistant II may serve as a lead worker but is not a supervisor. This role really acts as an ambassador for the school, and this position is almost the school's customer service department, with the customers being the students, families and staff of the school. It's essential that any candidates for this position have a friendly, inclusive and welcoming demeanor; be a team player; and have the ability to move fluidly from task to task while dealing with a wide variety of people. The candidate must be available after school, evenings and weekends, as needed, to serve as an event manager at various sporting events.
