Full-time onsite role supporting insurance agents and office operations, working Monday to Friday with flexible 7.5-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote) and comfort using AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT. Strong communication, multitasking, and experience handling confidential information are essential.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support to management, serving as a first point of contact for agents and clients, coordinating meetings/events, managing mail and payments, and assisting with facility and onboarding tasks.
Ideal candidates have prior customer service or administrative experience, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities. Training is provided to support ongoing growth.
