The Administrative Assistant I is a full-time, regular staff position supporting University Advancement and key offices on the 4th floor of Zilber Hall, including the President’s, Executive Vice President’s, Provost’s, and Office of Mission & Ministry.
They will oversee daily office operations, manage reception, greet visitors, handle phone triage, and coordinate office space, mail, supplies, and technology needs.
Additionally, they will manage student assistant hiring and performance, assist with special projects such as alumni ID cards and holiday cards, and maintain various office records.
Required skills include excellent customer service, organizational ability, problem-solving, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications are related educational background and 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role emphasizes confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
