Pay Rate: $24.00–$25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift — 40 hours/week

Overview
The Administrative Assistant / HR Organization Administrator supports employee and position data management within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central HRIS system.
This role works closely with local HR Administrators, HR Operations, and the HR Onboarding team to maintain accurate employee and organizational data, manage position-related workflows, conduct data audits, update HR documentation, and assist managers with HRIS self-service processes.
The position requires strong attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential employee information, and the ability to troubleshoot data and system discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain employee records and position management data within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Support position creation, organizational structure updates, and related HRIS workflows.
- Guide managers and local HR Administrators through Employee Central self-service processes.
- Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance across HR systems.
- Research and troubleshoot employee data, system, and data-entry discrepancies.
- Respond to internal HR inquiries and requests involving confidential employee information.
- Update SOPs, training materials, process documentation, and system user guides as processes change.
- Participate in cross-training across the HR Support team to provide backup coverage as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security standards when handling employee and organizational data.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative, HR support, or related experience.
- Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive employee information.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience strongly preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong data-entry and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot system or data discrepancies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with managers, HR teams, and internal business partners.
