Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Respond promptly to sales leads via email or phone communication
Welcome and assist customers upon their arrival in the showroom
Work with customers to place orders for small items.
Assist customers with the selection of hardware for their projects.
Provide information about products and procedures, addressing general inquiries
Prepare accurate invoices
Manage appointment scheduling for designers, deliveries and our service department efficiently using ERP software and Microsoft Outlook.
Create high-quality 3D renderings as per company requirements (Training Provided)
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
Ensure the showroom is organized, samples are well-stocked, and maintains an appealing appearance for customer visits
Requirements:
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in using office software
Attention to detail and ability to maintain a tidy and welcoming showroom environment
