What's the Role?


We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant (6-month contract) to support Engineering leadership within Enterprise Products.


Reporting to the Enterprise Products Business Operations Manager, you'll provide administrative support to Engineering leaders as business needs evolve. During the assignment, you may support different leaders across the organization, gaining exposure to a variety of engineering groups while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.


This role is focused on delivering exceptional administrative support across four core areas:


+ Calendar management

+ Expense management

+ Travel planning

+ Event coordination


We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys helping leaders and teams operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As you become established in the role, there may also be opportunities to take on additional assignments and contribute to broader operational initiatives based on business needs, your interests, and available capacity.


What You'll Do


You'll serve as a trusted administrative partner, providing high-quality support to Engineering leadership across Enterprise Products. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing competing requests.


+ Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation and travel logistics.

+ Processing and managing expense reports and approvals accurately and on time.

+ Planning and coordinating logistics for team meetings, town halls, tech talks, AMAs, offsites, and other organizational events.

+ Supporting onboarding activities, including workspace coordination, equipment requests, and facilities access.

+ Assisting with department-wide communications, presentations, newsletters, and announcements as needed.

+ Coordinating office logistics, including seating changes and other administrative activities.

+ Providing flexible administrative support to Engineering leadership as priorities evolve across the organization.


What You Bring


+ 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, office management, operations, or a related field.

+ Demonstrated experience managing calendars, travel, expenses, and events for senior leaders.

+ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.

+ Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

+ A proactive, resourceful approach with strong judgment and follow-through.

+ Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, customer-service mindset.

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and adapt to changing priorities.

+ Experience supporting global teams or large organizations is a plus.

+ Some experience using AI productivity tools—or a strong interest in learning how to leverage them—to enhance productivity and efficiency.


This is a 6-month contract supporting Engineering leadership within Enterprise Products. Assignments may change throughout the engagement based on business needs, providing the opportunity to support a variety of leaders, teams, and initiatives.

Salary Range = 30 - 40 USD Hourly


The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
