Executive Administrative Assistant (Temporary)
Dallas, TX | 100% On-Site
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a polished professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects, producing executive-level materials, and serving as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs with minimal direction. Rather than serving as a gatekeeper, this individual will help keep the executive office organized, responsive, and operating efficiently while delivering polished work that reflects the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO.
Manage a variety of executive projects and administrative initiatives simultaneously.
Create professional PowerPoint presentations, executive reports, organizational charts, and board materials.
Gather information from multiple departments and compile executive-ready presentations and documents.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, reports, and presentation packets.
Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint daily.
Produce highly accurate documents with exceptional attention to detail.
Coordinate administrative projects while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Welcome visitors and represent the executive office with warmth and professionalism.
Qualifications
Approximately 6–10 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience supporting executive leadership.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize competing deadlines with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information.
This position is best suited for an Executive Administrative Assistant who enjoys creating executive presentations, coordinating projects, and partnering closely with senior leadership and not someone seeking a role focused primarily on calendar management.
