Administrative Assistant to support our client's healthcare facility in
Atlanta, GA.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Range: $23.00 to $26.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties: - Manage shared department mailboxes and review, route, and process incoming requests.
- Review documents and requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up to obtain missing or corrected information.
- Coordinate electronic signature workflows for compliance-related documents.
- Track outstanding signatures and follow up with appropriate recipients.
- Distribute completed documents to branches, locations, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate electronic records, trackers, logs, and status reports.
- Support user access and template permission requests within approved systems.
- Communicate professionally with internal departments, branch/location personnel, and external stakeholders.
Requirements: Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Administrative support or related office experience.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Experience working with shared electronic mailboxes.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, trackers, logs, and electronic files.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong customer service and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting compliance, legal, healthcare, contracting, credentialing, or another regulated environment.
- Experience with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign.
- Experience with document management or electronic workflow systems.
