  • Location: Wesley Glen- 5155 N. High St, Columbus, OH 43214
  • Schedule: Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

You, our Ideal Candidate
The Administrative Assistant performs routine and specialized administrative duties for the department. This position maintains the paperwork flow within the department, to ensure that recordkeeping is in good order and necessary supplies are available. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage general administrative duties (these could include following: Scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, routine filing and recordkeeping, requisitions, etc).
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Serve as receptionist in department, answering phone, taking messages, responding to needs 
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Knowledge of general office machines 
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Organized, detail oriented and customer service focus
