These sites support 24/7 production of highly specialized technology components used across multiple industries. The campuses include clean-room environments, engineering labs, and high-volume production lines that require a diverse, skilled workforce.

We are seeking Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will provide efficient, proactive, and compliant administrative services designed to empower every department within company to focus on its core missions. This role delivers administrative support through unified, streamlined workflows while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Job Description
- Organizational Acumen: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize high-volume tasks, and solve problems independently.
- Communication: Clear and concise written and verbal skills; ability to translate complex information into actionable items.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport with leaders and employees at all levels while managing stakeholder expectations diplomatically.
- Adaptability: Comfortable embracing new digital tools, evolving processes, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (specifically pivot tables and macros) and PowerPoint.
- Confidentiality: A strong sense of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive or proprietary information.
- Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset with an interest in Lean or Kaizen methodologies to optimize workflows.
Skills Required
- Experience: 4–7 years in a corporate or shared services administrative role.
- Track Record: Demonstrable experience coordinating complex, cross-departmental activities and projects
Education/Training/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
Additional Requirements
- 1st shift 8A-5P - Mon-Fri
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Pay rate
- $34-36 per hour, based on experience, skills, and market factors
