Adecco is hiring immediately for an Administrative Assistant with a local client in Austin, TX. Pay is $38.00/hr. - $45.00/hr.
Duties:
· M-F 7:30 AM-4:30 PM CST, the role will basically be remote however will require few check-ins in the Austin campus.
· The Executive Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the VP of US Field Service Operations and additional executive account lead, enabling effective leadership of a large, geographically dispersed field service organization within the US Region.
· This role focuses on executive administration, coordination, and operational support in a fast-paced, customer-facing semiconductor environment.
· The Executive Administrator serves as a key point of contact for scheduling, communications, logistics, and administrative processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination across field service leadership, internal partners, and customer sites.
· Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP of US Field Service Operations and Executive Account Lead
· Manage a complex executive calendar, including meeting scheduling, prioritization, and coordination across multiple time zones
· Coordinate agendas, materials, and logistics for leadership meetings and review.
· Manage correspondence, requests, and information flow, escalating issues as appropriate
· Support preparation and organization of:
o Staff meetings and leadership forums
o Quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
o Operational reviews and management updates
· Coordinate administrative needs related to field service operations and customer site activities
· Support communication related to customer visits, operational updates, and leadership travel
· Maintain awareness of field service organization structures, schedules, and operational cadence
· Handle sensitive business, employee, and customer information with discretion
· Represent the VP and the Field Service organization with professionalism and sound judgment
· Build effective working relationships with senior leaders and administrative partners
Qualifications:
· Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
· 4+ years of experience in an executive administrative or senior administrative support role
· Experience supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced organizations
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
· Experience supporting field service, manufacturing, semiconductor, or customer-facing technical organizations
· Experience coordinating across multiple sites or geographically distributed teams
· Familiarity with operational or business review processes
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Attention to detail and follow-through
· Ability to manage competing priorities and shifting schedules
· High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
