    D&G is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED). CISA leads national efforts to enhance security and resilience of the Nation’s critical infrastructure. Within CISA, the SED Sector Risk Management (SM) Sub-Division executes Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA) responsibilities for CISA-led sectors and supports CISA’s role as a National Coordinator for critical infrastructure and resilience. This position provides experienced administrative, meeting, records, workflow, and executive support to ensure responsive and well-organized council and sector-management operations.

    What You Will Do

    • Independently coordinate calendars, meetings, correspondence, records, and program documentation while tracking action items, deadlines, and internal requests for information. The role will also prepare reports and briefing materials, support senior staff and government stakeholders, and help ensure administrative activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
    • Manage calendars, schedules, correspondence, shared mailboxes, task trackers, workflows, document routing, and clearance status.
    • Coordinate meetings and engagements, including invitations, registration, logistics, rooms or virtual platforms, materials, attendance, onsite support, and follow-up.
    • Prepare agendas, meeting packages, notes, summaries, action-item logs, rosters, distribution lists, and leadership-ready administrative products.
    • Maintain organized electronic records, inventories, files, logs, and supporting documentation in accordance with federal records requirements.
    • Acknowledge designated-mailbox inquiries within one hour during core business hours and maintain inquiry logs.
    • Coordinate with senior executives, government officials, members, and internal and external stakeholders professionally and discreetly.
    • Perform quality checks for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and timely routing.

    What We Are Looking For

    Required

    • BS/BA Degree
    • 6+ years’ experience
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and a high level of discretion in managing, safeguarding, and communicating sensitive information in accordance with applicable organizational policies, procedures, and information-handling requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience managing and tracking action items, deadlines, requests for information, correspondence, and follow-up activities to ensure timely completion and appropriate accountability.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills, with demonstrated ability to review administrative products, correspondence, schedules, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and appropriate formatting.
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate professionally with senior leadership and diverse internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting requirements, and time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, including the ability to effectively use these applications to support scheduling, correspondence, document management, collaboration, tracking, and reporting.

    • DHS Suitability.
    • Must be a US Citizen

    • Hybrid with onsite requirement in Arlington, VA.
