    Description

    Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Administration Coordinator in their Service Operations group for a 6 Month+ contract opportunity.  Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day!  You will also have the opportunity to work with other like-minded, self-directed, and detail-oriented Top Talents in an extremely collaborative and professional environment.  

    Administers and operates the Robotic Service Engineering organization's systems and inventory. Ensures progress of critical materials throughout the receipt, inspection, service, and release process in Weston, FL. Interacts with SAP, ServiceMax, and local systems to ensure traceability and quality documentation.
     
     This role focuses on advancement, consumption, and documentation of components, subassemblies, instrumentation, as well as full robotic systems within the Ortho Tech product family in accordance with established procedures. Controls the flow of goods and documentation associated with depot functions.

    ONSITE M-F 8am - 4:30pm

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    You will help ensure components, subassemblies, and finished goods progress through the various stages of service processing. The role will interface with production, procurement, depot technicians, SAP experts, and others to ensure an integrated and efficient approach to the flow of materials.



    REQUIREMENTS


    • 2 years of experience in medical capital equipment systems - highly preferred
    • Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, Expandable- highly preferred
    • Knowledge on Lean or Six Sigma- preferred
    • Experience with automation - preferred
