Administrative And Information Management Support
Provide administrative and information management support services including records coordination, reporting, travel support, conference room support, customer service, and operational administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize information and records management systems
- Support administrative reporting and data entry activities
- Assist with conference room setup and operational support
- Support travel and administrative coordination activities
- Maintain records, files, and information databases
- Provide technical and customer support assistance to Agency personnel
- Assist with onboarding and administrative support functions
- Support workflow improvement and process coordination activities
- Generate reports and maintain tracking logs as required
Qualifications
- College degree in business or information management preferred
- Minimum 5 years related administrative experience required
- Experience supporting records and information management activities required
- Strong organizational and customer service skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- SharePoint and records management systems
- Administrative tracking databases
- Travel management systems
- Scheduling and reporting tools
- Audio-visual support systems
Required Specialized Experience
- Experience supporting administrative and information management operations
- Experience coordinating conference room support activities
- Experience supporting records and document management functions
- Experience providing customer support in a professional office environment
- Experience supporting Federal administrative operations preferred
