WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST ROLE

• Maintain customer account ledgers and ensure accurate posting of AR transactions

• Process and apply customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards

  
  
• 
  

• The AR Specialist will reconcile account activity and resolve discrepancies as needed

• Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation

  
  
• 
  

• The AR Specialist will generate AR reports, including collections tracking and account updates

  
  
• 
  

• Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances

  
  
• 
  

• The AR Specialist will assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST ROLE

• 
  

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience

  
  
• 
  

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with accounting systems; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central preferred

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
