We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join our client’s team and support daily invoicing, cash application, and collections activities. This role is essential to maintaining accurate customer accounts, ensuring timely billing, and supporting consistent cash flow. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and send customer invoices accurately and in accordance with contract terms.
