Accounting Specialist

Remedy Staffing is hiring for a Senior Accounting Specialist with a leading warehouse on the Southside.

We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional to support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close, AR/AP, reconciliations, and cash monitoring.

Pay: $23-$32/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Support AR/AP and daily accounting activities
• Complete month-end close and financial reporting
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash monitoring
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, audits, and compliance
• Review financial data and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 4–7 years of accounting experience preferred
• Experience with MRP II systems preferred.
• Proficiency in the Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
• Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
