This role partners directly with an experienced Controller and is designed for someone interested in growing beyond traditional accounting responsibilities. Whether you're a strong Senior Accountant ready to lead or an Accounting Manager looking for broader exposure, there's room to make an impact here.

What You'll Be Part Of:

• Serve as the Controller's right hand across accounting operations

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activity

• Help oversee AP, AR, and payroll processes

• Mentor and develop accounting staff

• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies

• Partner with leaders across the business to improve decision-making and reporting

Who Tends To Do Well Here:

• Strong accounting foundation with month-end close and financial reporting experience

• Prior leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience

• Comfortable communicating with both finance and non-finance teams

• Naturally curious and interested in how the entire business operates

• Process-minded and always looking for a better way to do things

Minnesota Pay Transparency Disclosure: Expected base salary range of $110,000-$130,000 annually. Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, HSA contributions, 401(k) with company contributions, paid holidays, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, and additional voluntary benefits.

Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
