Project Accountant

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 + 10-15% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:

• Partner with project managers on financial management from proposal through project completion.
• Set up and maintain project accounts to support accurate billing and financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and submit client invoices.
• Perform project reviews, cost tracking, WIP analysis, and variance reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable, collections, and cash application discrepancies.
• Support project closeout activities and purchase order administration.

Qualifications for the Project Accountant:

• Associate degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-7 years of project accounting experience.
• Experience with billing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition.
