Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• 
  
• Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units and legal entities.
• 
  
• Review, validate, and analyze financial results to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• 
  
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance analytics.
• 
  
• Drive reporting automation, process improvements, and financial systems optimization.
• 
  
• Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to improve reporting visibility and decision support.
• 
  
• Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, and special projects.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• 
  
• 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, corporate finance, or FP&A experience.
• 
  
• Strong background in financial statement consolidation and U.S. GAAP reporting.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
