Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Strengthen internal controls, reporting accuracy, and accounting procedures
• Partner with leadership on financial analysis and business initiatives
• Support acquisition-related projects, due diligence, and process improvements
• Collaborate across headquarters functions and operating businesses

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and industry experience
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, month-end close, internal controls, and U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, financial reporting, or business intelligence tools
