What You'll Be Doing

• 
  
• Support daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• 
  
• Process invoices, payments, account updates, and related documentation
• 
  
• Assist with customer billing and monthly invoicing
• 
  
• Help maintain accurate customer and vendor records
• 
  
• Research and resolve payment issues, account discrepancies, and billing questions
• 
  
• Review expense reports and provide general accounting support
• 
  
• Assist with maintaining organized accounting files and records
• 
  
• Support process improvements and help keep accounting operations running smoothly
• 
  
• Provide backup assistance for incoming customer calls when needed
• 
  
• Work closely with team members to ensure deadlines are met and information is accurate
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR experience
• 
  
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• 
  
• Understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and basic accounting principles
• 
  
• Experience working with accounting software (Acumatica experience is a plus)
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
•
