Job Title: Accounting Associate
Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

In this role, you'll collaborate interdepartmentally to support a variety of accounting functions, including client invoicing, accounts receivable activities, payment tracking, and account reconciliation. What You’ll Do
As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare and process customer invoices while ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, research payment discrepancies, and assist with collection efforts as needed.
• Review financial records and perform account balancing activities to support accurate reporting.
• Provide administrative and accounting support for daily billing operations and departmental projects.
• Deliver professional assistance to internal staff and customers by responding to billing questions and resolving account-related issues.

What You’ll Bring

• Background in supporting billing operations, accounts receivable activities, or comparable accounting responsibilities preferably in the legal field.
