About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized professional to join our team as an Accounting & Administration Specialist. This is a key support role that sits right at the intersection of Finance and Operations — meaning you’ll work closely with our Project Controllers and Project Managers to keep project costs, commitments, and documentation accurate and on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with preparation and return of contract documents
  • Assist with preparation and return of monthly compliance documents
  • Identify and update vendor Certificates of Insurance and W9s as needed
  • Help compile documents and data for internal and external reports
  • Support administrative project startup and closeout processes
  • Handle a variety of administrative duties including data entry, document organization, and mail processing
  • Assist the Accounting and Administrative teams with special assignments to keep overall workflow running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Intermediate Excel skills — you’re comfortable with spreadsheets and can work efficiently without a lot of direction
  • Some exposure to ERP or project management systems like Sage or Procore is a plus, but not required
  • 1 year of basic bookkeeping experience preferred — you don’t need to know debits, credits, or journal entries, but a general understanding of how numbers flow through a business goes a long way in this role
  • Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters in this role and you take that seriously
  • Highly organized — you manage your tasks, your files, and your follow-through with intention
