Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Educate customers on insurance products and services that fit their needs
- Assist with policy applications, renewals, updates, and coverage changes
- Follow up with leads and generate new sales opportunities
- Cross-sell life, health, and other relevant products to provide complete household protection
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Contribute to team and agency growth through proactive outreach and exceptional service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Includes
- Base salary: $40,000 per year
- Uncapped commission opportunities
- Life insurance bonuses

Estimated total annual compensation: $54,280+
Includes $40,000 base salary + $14,280 in annualized commission/bonus income
BETTER
Estimated total annual compensation: $61,600+
Includes $40,000 base salary + $21,600 in annualized commission/bonus income
BEST
Estimated total annual compensation: $73,600+
Includes $40,000 base salary + $33,600 in annualized commission/bonus income
