Rick Mottern State Farm Agency is seeking a driven, professional, and growth-oriented Sales Producer to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities
      Develop and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship management
      Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance and financial services solutions
      Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service
      Schedule appointments, generate quotes, and guide prospective clients through the sales process
      Collaborate with agency leadership to execute growth and marketing initiatives
      Consistently work toward individual and team production goals

Qualifications

      Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
      Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain)
      Bachelor’s degree preferred
