Key Responsibilities:


Identify Customer Needs and Deliver Tailored Insurance Solutions: Proactively engage with customers to uncover their unique insurance needs, provide customized quotes, promote multi-lining opportunities, and effectively communicate the value of choosing Milt Rawles - State Farm Insurance as their trusted partner.
Manage and Analyze Leads: Oversee the management of leads generated from aggregators, ensuring efficient follow-up and conversion strategies are in place.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize reports and dashboards to analyze office activity and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance agency productivity.
Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of team members, providing guidance on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance overall performance.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the agent to align on marketing goals and initiatives, developing strategies that drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback, helping team members achieve their individual and collective goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
 
Qualifications: 
 
️ Excellent communication and organizational skills
 ️ Ability to build rapport with customers
 ️ Experience in sales preferred but not required
 ️ Required: Property and Casualty License and Life and Health License
