Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Producer for Rick Mottern State Farm Agency, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most while building long-term relationships in the community, including:
      Generating new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up
      Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions
      Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and closing sales
      Building relationships with customers and creating referral opportunities
      Working alongside an experienced mentor and sales team to sharpen your skills
      Helping clients with auto, home, life, and financial services products

      Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required for the right sales-minded candidate

Compensation
      Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
      Performance Bonuses
      Realistic First-Year Earnings: $60,000 – $80,000+
      Top performers have significant upside potential
