We are hiring an Account Manager - Life & Health to support our Benefits team in Norfolk or Newport News.
The role involves managing client accounts, supporting retention and growth, serving as the primary contact with clients and carriers, processing new business and renewals, assisting with open enrollment, and maintaining accurate benefit information.
Qualifications include an active life and health license or willingness to obtain one, strong computer skills, excellent communication, and relationship-building abilities. Experience in employee benefits and familiarity with EPIC system are a plus.
