Job Description
As an Account Manager or Account Director of Reprise Biomedical, you will be responsible for introducing and quickly growing sales of our unique new three-dimensional wound matrix, Miro3D, into your territory's outpatient wound care market. Reprise Biomedical seeks to hirepeople who take a "hands-on" approach to their job, yet do not take themselves too seriously. This position may be hired at the Account Manager or Account Director level, depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Ability to travel within the territory and overnight as needed
- Valid driver's license
Specific Requirements
Account Manager (AM)- Early to mid-career sales professional
- Solid track record of success
- Medical device selling experience, preferably in the outpatient market
- Motivated, coachable, and eager to build a territory
Account Director (AD)
- Must have 1+ years of direct experience selling skin substitutes as a W2 into outpatient private offices, mobile wound care clinics, and hospital outpatient centers
OR - At least 2 years of experience selling other wound care products into these outpatient spaces
- Existing relationships with physicians, clinics, and decision-makers in the wound care space
- Strong understanding of reimbursement and sales process
Job Requirements
- Present, promote, and sell Miro3D into the outpatient market using persuasive clinical and business discussions with prospective and existing customers.
- Quickly grow sales in new accounts and identify growth opportunities in existing accounts.
- Execute the company's customer and account sales plans, which result in meeting established sales goals.
- Manage price negotiation of products within the company's pricing rules.
- Successfully launch the company's new products by driving customer uptake, initial use, and repeat utilization through account purchases.
- Create and execute specific customer and account sales plans that meet established sales goals.
- Effectively manage individual time and effort to produce results.
- Effectively manage company resources.
- Develop ethical, long-term customer relationships and represent the company positively to customers through field travel, medical meetings, and clinical interaction.
- Learn and educate others on the clinical data and supporting documents required to sell the company's medical devices.
- Adhere to the company's compliance rules, regulations, and requirements.
Compensation Information
Compensation is level-dependent and includes base salary, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses.
- Account Managers: Target earnings ~$150K at plan
- Account Directors: Higher base + increased commission structure + additional upside and equity opportunity
