    • Collaborate: Partner closely with SDR and marketing teams to turn warm leads into closed-won opportunities.
    • Be a Consultant: Deeply understand client pain points in heavy industry and map them to Augrades innovative solutions.
    • Expand: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities post-sale to drive account growth.
    • Represent: Act as the face of the company at local and regional trade shows and industry events.

    Who You Are

    • Experienced: You have 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically within construction or manufacturing.
    • A "Grinder": You thrive in high-volume, outbound-heavy environments and aren't afraid to pick up the phone.
    • Technically Minded: You have experience selling tech into healthcare, residential, or data center construction projects.
    • Mobile: You are comfortable working in a hybrid San Francisco setup and traveling for client meetings and events.
    • Bonus Points: You have a background as a construction worker or general contractor before moving into sales. You know the industry because you've lived it.
