    What You’ll Do

    As an Account Executive, you will:

    • Develop a territory of new and existing accounts and promote and sell the product lines within that defined territory.

    • Make sales calls, facilitate product evaluations, participate in cases with the customer, close and grow sales, and increase the number of customers.

    • Develop a business plan based on a comprehensive understanding of the account base, competition, industry dynamics, and business potential in the territory.

    • Qualify a customer effectively and manage relationships strategically for maximum impact.

    • Become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen product knowledge over time.

    • Leverage resources to achieve a high level of productivity and efficiency and to achieve/exceed goals.

    • Represent our company ethically in all business dealings and according to company policies.

    • Sustain lengthy conversations.

    • Adjust conversation style to accommodate diverse audiences.

    • Travel locally and frequently visit multiple locations (both new and existing accounts) within the designated territory.

    • Engage in logical reasoning, interpreting, and responding.

    • Physically, be in the GI lab for long periods, sometimes with little to no notice.

    • Transport marketing materials and product samples weighing up to 10 lbs.

    What You’ll Need

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Medical Device sales

    • Preference to candidates with GI sales experience

    • Proven ability to establish new accounts and grow existing business.

    • Strong track record of sales growth in current position/exceeding plan

    Perks of the Job

    Compensation:
    Base: $75k

    Variable: $90-100k

    Uncapped Commission: $160-170k
