KAST is redefining stablecoin banking for global citizens, crypto professionals, Web3-native businesses, and high-inflation markets hungry for USD-backed banking. Backed by top-tier global investors and led by the ex-APAC CEO of Circle, our leadership team spans Circle, Airwallex, Revolut, Wise, Grab, Zoom, AWS, and leading OTC desks. We've scaled from zero to nearly a million users at ridiculous speed.

One account lets a business hold USD and stablecoins, spend on cards worldwide, pay contractors and vendors in 170+ countries over local rails, SWIFT, SEPA, and stablecoins, and move between crypto and fiat across 9 chains. Businesses incorporated in the US, UK, UAE, Brazil, and Australia onboard under one program.

We came out of beta in August. Monthly card volume is up more than 10x since then, and hundreds of active businesses run on KAST Business today. Our fastest-growing customers are performance marketers: agencies, media buyers, and e-commerce brands funding ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.

The team

KAST Business is led by operators from Stripe, Revolut, Airwallex, Wise, and Circle. Those five companies wrote the playbook for modern payments infrastructure, global business accounts, cross-border money movement, and stablecoins. Our leaders built and scaled products at each of them. Now they are building the next category leader here.

You learn the business from people who have done this before, at a company small enough for your work to show up in the numbers every week.

The role

You will be one of the first Account Executives on KAST Business. You find, close, and activate new customers, and you help write the playbook future reps will run. You report to the US General Manager and work with Product, Compliance, and Operations every day.

This role suits a hungry, coachable seller early in their career who wants ownership, a steep learning curve, and a number to chase.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for new customers, from first touch through KYB, funding, and first transaction
• Prospect every day across phone, email, LinkedIn, and the communities where media buyers and agency owners trade notes
• Build your own lead lists from external data, internal signals, and customer referrals
• Run discovery on how a business funds ad accounts, where cards decline, what FX costs them, and who they pay abroad
• Qualify on account economics and focus your time on businesses with real card spend and payout volume
• Partner with Onboarding, Compliance, and Support to get new customers live within days
• Grow accounts after launch through more card spend, more cardholders, and more payouts
• Bring field insight to Product and GTM every week: objections, lost deals, and feature requests
• Become an expert on KAST Business positioning, pricing, and the competitive set

Skills and experience

• 1 to 3 years in a quota-carrying sales role (SDR, BDR, or AE), or experience starting a business and selling for it yourself
• Working knowledge of performance marketing. You have run paid campaigns, worked at an agency, or sold to media buyers
• Payments fundamentals: cards, interchange, FX markups, wires, and cross-border payouts
• Drive. You make the calls without a reminder, and a no on Monday does not slow down Tuesday
• Coachability. You take direct feedback and change how you sell within the week
• Comfort with ambiguity. You sell the product as it ships today, log what customers ask for, and keep deals moving
• Ownership of your number. You know where your pipeline stands before anyone asks
• Clear written and spoken communication with founders, finance leads, and operators
• A basic grasp of stablecoins and why a business holds USDC
