We’re seeking a relentless sales pro—hunter who can aggressively grow new business while expertly managing and expanding an existing book of clients like it’s their own.

What You’ll Do:

• Build your empire: Generate leads, cold call, and open new contractor accounts
• Own your market: Manage a book of business and become the go-to partner for skilled labor
• Recruit top tradespeople: Use creative tactics to bring in qualified skilled workers
• Fill job orders fast: Match the right workers with the right jobs—accuracy and speed matter
• Be on-site & in control: Face time with your clients and job site visits are key to building trust
• Solve problems fast: Be the decision-maker, troubleshooter, and trusted advisor

We’re Looking for:

• Proven B2B sales success, preferably in construction or staffing
• Relentless cold-caller and relationship builder
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you treat this like your own business
• Street-smart, self-driven, and accountable
• Able to manage multiple priorities and get things done
• Comfortable being in and out of the field and working face-to-face
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Clean background (needed for military, airport, and other secured job sites)
• Must pass drug test
• Must be mobile: frequent job site visits required
