What Youll Do
- Provide pulmonary care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients under physician supervision
- Manage ventilators, perform airway management, and conduct patient assessments
- Administer aerosolized medications and monitor oxygen therapy
- Analyze blood gases, EKGs, and chest X-rays
- Respond to emergency codes (Blue & White)
- Support airway devices like BiPAP and CPAP, and perform diagnostic procedures
- Document patient care accurately and participate in quality assurance activities
- Float between facilities, providing critical respiratory support in diverse settings
What You Need
- Valid LA RT or RCP license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (via AHA)
- RRT credential from NBRC
- 1-3 years of critical care or ICU experience preferred
- Strong technical skills in ventilator management, airway support, and emergency response
