Kelly's Financial Design Consultant is accountable for:

• Document and compile customer operational and billing setup specifications.
• Execute data entry and batch validation across customer profile and billing systems.
• Use Postman to validate API payloads and sync data integrity between HubSpot and KSN.
• Configure customer program master data in operational systems.
• Draft, maintain, and execute technical work instructions.
• Support setup and updates across P&I, SETT, Education, RPO, MSP, and PPO business units.
• Identify data mismatches, operational errors, and system validation failures and execute corrections.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Experience working within billing, accounts receivable, or finance-adjacent systems.
• Proven track record in high-volume system data entry and data validation.
• Experience writing and following technical SOPs and work instructions.
• Hands-on experience working across multiple enterprise software platforms.
• Hands-on experience using Postman for API/data verification preferred
• Experience working in HubSpot, KSN, PeopleSoft, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred
• Experience with VMS platforms preferred
• Staffing industry or implementation service delivery experience preferred

Base compensation range: $38,775 - $51,700 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
