About the RoleWe are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Specialist I to support full-cycle recruiting efforts and deliver an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role partners closely with Talent Advisors and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring compliance with established recruitment processes and best practices.
The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and salary discussions.
- Partner with Talent Advisors and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build and strengthen employer branding efforts through networking, social media engagement, industry events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Track and manage recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate pipeline performance, to drive hiring efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with established recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build effective relationships with employees, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support business hiring objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and talent acquisition outcomes.
- Perform additional recruiting and talent acquisition responsibilities as needed.
Work EnvironmentThis is a
hybrid position requiring onsite presence
three or more days per week at the primary work location. Occasional local travel between offices or business locations may be required.
Working Conditions- Primarily office-based work environment.
- May occasionally support hiring activities in laboratory, manufacturing, production, or technical work settings.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Advanced degrees may be considered in lieu of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and sound decision-making capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to process excellence.
- Experience supporting recruiting activities within technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similar industries preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with BrassRing is a plus.
- Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
