If you said YES to any of the questions above, then you're in the right place - Hillwood Country Club in Nashville TN is looking to hire a talented Line Cook for its Kitchen team. This Full-Time position has lots of room for growth, as you will have opportunities to create daily specials and menu items using the finest seafood, fresh produce, and prime beef in a well-equipped scratch kitchen.

This position works directly under the Executive Sous Chef and Chef De Cuisine.

What you'll do:

• Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Line Cooks to service three distinct dining spaces
• Collaborate with Sous Chefs to plan seasonal menus, daily specials, and special event items
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications

How you'll succeed:

• At least two years experience in a high volume scratch kitchen a PLUS
• Flexibility and a willingness to learn is a MUST
